“Practical experience meets the supply chain — product design that delivers value.” From wheel rims and handheld vacuums to hair dryers and coffee grinders, industrial design and photoreal 3D rendering let a product be seen and discussed before the first prototype.
Challenge
Early in development, a design direction has to move quickly between the team, the client and the supply chain. Flat sketches rarely convey form, material and proportion completely.
Approach
We build the product's form and structure in 3D, render materials, colorways and details photorealistically, and produce exploded views that explain how components relate — a shared reference before prototyping and tooling.
Manufacturing experience and supply-chain partners are brought in at the design stage, so production feasibility is considered from the start.
Deliverables
Multi-angle renderings, exploded views and colorway options, plus help connecting with prototyping and production partners.
